The reference 2-capsule serving contains 150 mg elemental magnesium from magnesium bisglycinate, 200 mg L-theanine and 28 mg standardized saffron extract.
How long does a bottle last?
90 capsules provide 45 servings of 2 capsules. Follow the final approved label for directions.
Will NIGHT treat insomnia or stop night waking?
NIGHT is not a medicine and is not intended to treat insomnia or any disease. No specific sleep outcome or time to results is guaranteed.
Can I take it with medication?
